OVERVIEW

Rewards and benefits are not only important in attracting potential hires, but also in retaining and engaging employees. After announcing an updated recognition and rewards structure, EY wanted to launch an internal campaign to highlight the benefits available to employees. I created an internal awareness campaign, and identity for all reward-related materials.

The launch date for this campaign coincided with two another internal campaigns - all three would be firm-wide announcements and all three would be using the same methods to promote their messaging. Knowing that employees would be receiving multiple updates from various campaigns around the same time; I wanted the materials for the Rewards programme to be bold, positive, and instantly recognisable.

I strategically chose to emphasis the EY Yellow from the brand to communicate the rewards and benefits. Yellow is considered one of the best colours to use for attention-grabbing materials as it commands attention without being overpowering. The tone of our communications were serious, but positive in nature, and this colour reflects this tone and is cheerful in it’s expression. By using 3d modelled imagery of the available benefits, edited to showcase the EY Yellow colour, I created a concept that helped us clearly communicate what the campaign was about, but also helped us stand out from the crowd.
